Cheree Woolcock

CEO & Director

Cheree has been a Principal of the firm since 2004 and the CEO since 2013 after joining the firm in 1987 as a graduate. Cheree’s areas of expertise include business services, income tax, audit and self managed superannuation funds. Her clients include SMEs, family businesses, professionals, investors and high net-worth individuals all of which are across many varied industries. Cheree is known for her strong personal relationships with her clients, based on trust and understanding their needs. Cheree is the current Chair of DFK Australia New Zealand.

Terry Stramotas


Terry has been a Principal of the firm since 2000 and has more than 20 years’ experience in professional practice. His areas of expertise include accounting, income tax, information technology and business management for small to medium size business and high net worth groups. Terry is passionate about working closely with the client to gain a deep understanding of their financial and business affairs in order to provide strategic and proactive advice.

Tim Kelleher


Tim has been a Principal since 2009 and has more than 20 years’ experience in Australia and Ireland.  Tim’s expertise includes tax compliance, tax consulting, audit and business restructuring.  Tim has a Masters of Taxation and has a high level of expertise in taxation for medium and large businesses including international taxation issues.

Brent McCartney


Brent has been a Principal since 2013. Brent has more than 12 years’ experience in taxation, business services and superannuation compliance. He is currently providing his expertise working with a number of property development and investment clients through his relationship with various property mentoring groups.  He also provides consulting and advice in self-managed superannuation and retirement strategies. Brent is a member of ICAA, Taxation Institute and SPAA.

Superannuation Guarantee Amnesty Re-introduced

The previously proposed Superannuation Guarantee (SG) Amnesty has been re-introduced into Parliament. Under the proposal, an employer will qualify if they disclose to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) information which relates to their SG shortfall from 1 July 1992 – 1 January 2018, which was not previously disclosed. Volunteering with RMHC

Our staff donned aprons and their test their culinary skills volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House Charity “Make a Meal”. The team enjoyed working together to prepare pizzas, salad, sides and dessert and serving pizzas to about 12 families staying at the Monash House. The families have arrived from all over Australia. Single Touch Payroll is the new compulsory real time reporting system for your employees’ wages and salaries, commencing 01 July 2019. Under the STP system your payroll process is required to be electronically sent to the ATO, whether it is completed weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
